Refund Policy

Return Policy – Heritage Chic

At Héritage Chic, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility requirements:

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Return procedure:

Email info@heritagechic.ca with your order number, item name, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with the complete return address and specific instructions.

Returns should be sent to:

The return address will be communicated to you by email after approval of your request.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by email.

Exchanges or refunds:

If your return is accepted, we will offer you an exchange or refund within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

The refund will be made to the original payment method.
